New Product : Xilinx Kintex-7 FBG484 FPGA board - XCM-112

HuMANDATA LTD., the manufacturer of various FPGA boards in Japan, today released XCM-112 series equipped with Xilinx Kintex-7 FBG484 FPGA board.

XCM-112 series is an evaluation board equipped with a XILINX's high performance FPGA, Kintex-7 series (FBG484 package). XCM-112 series have voltage regulators, oscillators, user LEDs, switches,  configuration device and a DDR3 SDRAM on its compact size board.
Only one 3.3 V single power supply is needed. There are 128 user I/Os divided into two Vcco groups.
